REGISTRATION CONDITIONS:

Registration fee includes: Conference documentation, coffee breaks, lunches, Reception Cocktail and Banquet dinner.

Accompanying Person fee includes: Reception Cocktail, Banquet dinner and social activities.

ECCOMAS, IACM members fee is subject to membership confirmation. People interested in joining the associations are invited to visit the corresponding websites for further information.

Student registration: Student rate attendees are kindly invited to send by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat a document from their University/Research organization stating that the attendee is a full time undergraduate or PhD student.

Final abstract acceptance will be confirmed upon payment of the registration fee by the speakers by April 15, 2025.

Participants registered to ADMOS2025 congress (ADMOS 2025 (cimne.com)) will have a 50€ discount in the corresponding M2P 2025 fees. A certificate of the registration at ADMOS 2025 must be sent to the M2P 2025 congress secretariat (congresos.valencia@viajeseci.es)


Payment confirmation: a notification will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully.

Invoices: If an invoice is needed in order to pay the registration, please request it by email to the Conference Secretariat.


Refund Policy:

-       Non-author attendants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation penalty of 160 € if the refund request is received in writing before April 15, 2025. After this date  NO Refund will be made.

- There will be no refund to the author registrants.

Visa Letters: Any requests for letters to support visa applications should be sent to the conference secretariat by email m2p2025@upv.es with the subject line “M2P2025 Visa Letter”.
